Bucks County Memorial Park Cemetery is a 73.5 acre piece of ground that was developed into a cemetery in 1985. Seventy plots were sold according to a news report, but then the owner changed his mind about the direction of the property’s usage, and he refunded all money paid for the grave lots.
East Swamp Church Cemetery, also known as Our Forefathers Cemetery, located in the Quakertown, Bucks County area, is a small, old cemetery. Among the tombstones, two are the old zinc style tombstones. These are fairly rare. See photos of them here…
Zion Hill Cemetery in Zion Hill, Bucks County separated from the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in 1958. It is operated by the Zion Hill Cemetery Association, which became tax-exempt in April 2014. I consider the grounds maintenance standards at Zion Hill Cemetery to be poor.
Springfield Church of the Brethren Cemetery is actually located in Springfield Township, but Coopersburg is the postal address. You can see from the photos that these grounds are very well maintained. This location is rural. Burials are on-going.
Springfield Mennonite Church Cemetery, located near Coopersburg in Bucks County, is in a tranquil rural area. The cemetery grounds are well-maintained. And burial space is still available.
St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church Cemetery in Haycock Township, Bucks County is in a quiet, peaceful setting, (except for probably when the siren across the street at the fire station goes on). The old church building is quaint. The grounds are neatly kept. Burials here date back to the 1850’s and burial space is still available.
Richlandtown Union Cemetery in Richlandtown, Bucks County appears to be maintained fairly well. It’s an old cemetery with burials going back to the 1800’s. And the cemetery is still active.
I don’t really know the name of this cemetery. The sign on the fence says this cemetery is overseen by United Mennonite Trustees. (I don’t know how to reach them.) Their cemetery is very neatly maintained and a big effort is going into restoring it.
Presbyterian Church of Deep Run Cemetery in the Perkasie area of Bucks County, Pennsylvania dates back to the 1730’s. It is attractive, well-maintained and still active.
Perkasie Mennonite Cemetery in Hilltown Township, Pennsylvania is a very nice, well-maintained flat marker cemetery. Though this small cemetery was established in 1950, there still is abundant burial space left.
You can see from the photos that St. Agnes Parish Cemetery in Sellersville, Pennsylvania keeps things neat and tidy. Everything appears in order: the grass is well-maintained. The stones are straight. Looks like a good cemetery, though it also appears they are running out of burial space quickly.
Blooming Glen Mennonite Church Cemetery, located east of Perkasie in Bucks County, is very neatly maintained. It’s obvious they really try hard to keep things looking nice. The cemetery is also quite old. Burials go back to the 1750’s. You can see their maintenance standards here…

The Richland Friends Burial Grounds in Quakertown, Pennsylvania is fairly large and it appears they are doing a good job at keeping the grounds maintained. Burials here date back to the 1700’s.
Swamp Mennonite Church Cemetery is located in the Quakertown outskirts of Bucks County, in a rural farm area. It is neatly maintained. Just down the road is the Quakerwoods Campground. You can rent cabins, tents, or bring your own camping vehicle.
The West Swamp Cemetery is surrounded by farm country, as you can see from these photos. The older section is beside the church. The newer section is across the street. The grounds here are neatly maintained.
Nobody has been buried in Christ Union Cemetery’s old section in more than 100 years. You can see from the photos that all the headstones are ancient.
Christ Union Cemetery in Trumbauersville, Pennsylvania appears to have 2 locations. This one is across the street from the Trumbauersville fire station. The other is less than a 5 minute walk up the road at the old church.
This is an interesting old cemetery in Newtown, Bucks County. Burials date back to the late 1700’s. Cemetery restoration work is underway. Though no full-burial grave sites are available, the cemetery is selling niches for cremated remains. These are for Newtown Presbyterian church members, though they will consider allowing outsiders to be interred in these niches on a case by case basis.
Our Lady Of Sorrows Cemetery in Langhorne, Pennsylvania is a large Ukrainian Catholic cemetery that has used up only 1% or less of its burial space. There is abundant room here for new burials for decades to come.
