"Grave sites or plots are not sold to the general public."
"The sale of burial plots or lots is limited only to those people who are known by the rector... The church retains the right to not sell burial plots or lots to any person who is not a 'known communicant' of the church."

Notes:
Images are not permitted on gravestones. This means no laser etched photo images and no porcelain inserts.
Grave lots cannot be bought and re-sold to outside parties.
Mail-order stones will not be permitted to unload from any shipping vendor truck. Only military markers may be shipped to this cemetery.
The rules say all stone must be gray granite or white marble.
Flat bronze military markers are permitted.
Pricing Information as of April 2017:
They charge $1500 for a single grave. This includes perpetual care.
Grave opening single depth is $1200
Grave opening double depth is $1500.
(A grave can hold 2 bodies or 3 ash burials.)Cremation burials are $600.
There is a burial monument fee of $500 that is paid at the time of interment. It is refundable. You'll get it back as long as you put a monument on the burial site within 12 months. If you fail to do that, the church will use your $500 to put a monument down of their choosing.
A service preparation fee of $300 is also involved.
