Cold Point Baptist Church Cemetery in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania was in rough shape when I visited, as you can see from these photos. Grounds maintenance standards appear to be low here.

It appears the cemetery at Souderton Mennonite Church is about out of room. But they do have a memorial garden where cremated remains can be interred.
The cemetery at Christ Reformed Church At Indian Creek in Telford, Pennsylvania is very nicely maintained. Some of the graves are ancient. Remaining burial space appears limited.

The church that operates this cemetery is a short distance away in the heart of the town. A large amount of burial space is still available.
Zion Memorial Gardens in Franconia Township, Montgomery County (Pennsylvania) is operated by Zion Mennonite Church in Souderton. They do a good job in keeping the grounds nicely maintained, as you can see.
St. Peter's Lutheran Church Cemetery in North Wales, Montgomery County has two cemetery sections situated on both sides of Main Street. The grounds are well-cared-for and there is a way to inter cremated remains here.
The Montgomery Baptist Church Cemetery now is home to the new "Crossroads Church at Montgomery."
