About:
I was greeted by "Father Dave" when I arrived at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in the Germantown section of Philadelphia. He's a nice guy. And he gave me a little tour of the cemetery grounds. The church on the property is actually the third to be built there.
You will see some damaged tombstone in my photos below. It is believed somebody used a sledge hammer on them.
Though the cemetery appears full, Father Dave says the cemetery is still active.
It's pleasant here.
Note: If you intend to park on the street, don't forget to bring a bunch of quarters with you. One quarter = 15 minutes as of June 2018.
By the way, the Cunningham Piano Company, seen in the photo above, is one of the best in the country at fine piano restoration. It is possible to do a group tour of their facility. Contact them at: 215-991-0844
