Mt. Zion was established in 1873. It is run by StoneMor Partners, the publicly traded "death care" industry company.
During my September 2017 visit I noticed a number of dead trees that had not yet fallen. (That's a maintenance issue.) Besides that, the property was neatly cared for.
Among its more unusual features, they appear to be not as strict as other cemeteries when it comes to the types of stones allowed. In addition, they have a pet cemetery.
Located close to Route 422.
