The Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth Cemetery is located at Holy Family University in Philadelphia. It’s a private cemetery and it’s obvious you need to have very particular qualifications to be buried here.
Each gate to St. John The Baptist Church Cemetery in Manayunk, Philadelphia is locked shut. The walls surrounding the cemetery are high. Not much can be seen. Grounds maintenance standards here are below average.
Cathedral Cemetery in West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is large, and well maintained. I was impressed with the beauty of the landscape here. As of Autumn 2017, the church closed permanently. Though the cemetery remains open!
New Cathedral Cemetery in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is a 36+ acre Catholic burial ground. I found it to be well-cared-for during my visit. I snapped photos too - you can see them here.
